We process only the data you provide to us yourself, and only to the extent you have provided it. Your data is not used for any other purpose.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to the email address published on this website: [email protected].
What we collect
Through the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose to give it, the name of your company.
Providing this information is voluntary. Without an email address, however, we cannot reply to you.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) and, where you contact us about a possible contract, to take steps at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
Who receives your data
Your data is handled only by TELECERA LTD and by service providers acting on our instructions:
- Google, which provides our business email (Google Workspace) and delivers your message to our inbox;
- our website hosting provider, which runs the server that receives the form.
These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our correspondence with you for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete it.
Website logs and cookies
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), and are deleted automatically after a short period.
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tracking.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
